STRIDE TOOL ACQUIRES Assets of MPV Tools

Stride Tool, located in Glenwillow Ohio, has acquired certain assets of MPV Tools of Lake Zurich, Il.  Terms of the acquisition were not released.

MPV manufactures electrical wire strippers for the automotive, industrial and retail markets. Their products complement the products currently offered by Stride.

“The MPV products will be manufactured and distributed from our facility in Glenwillow, Ohio” comments Ron Ortiz, CEO of Stride Tool.
